Celebrating 25 years Souza's Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in 1981 by John Souza, a 1978 graduate of Cape Cod Regional Technical High School.  Mr. Souza worked in the HVAC & refrigeration field on a cooperative basis with a local HVAC contractor.  While in school and after graduation, he attended numerous factory training schools such as Carrier, Trane, Lennox and Florida Heat Pump. The company originally focused primarily on service, finding after approximately three years, much of the HVAC equipment on Cape Cod was in need of replacement or upgrading. Forming a proffesional installation department with a full sheet metal shop, Souza's evolved into a full service HVAC and refrigeration business, specializing in the installation of full HVAC systems, and electrical heat conversions.

Souza's also has a full refrigeration department that services and installs large refrigeration and ice making systems for supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores.

John S. Souza, President, ext 203
John oversees all aspects of installations, service and functions of the business. Performs all estimating for new construction.

Gary Thompson, Sales Representative, ext 206
Gary performs residential estimating, oversees installation crew, orders installation materials and assists Mr. Souza with contract jobs.

Barbara Marshall, Office Manager and Bookkeeper, ext 204
Barbara performs all accounting functions for the company, handles all human resources, taxes, insurance, manages the office staff, and assists Mr. Souza with company procedures.

Sandy Burke , Installation Coordinator, ext 201
Sandy schedules Mr. Souza's and Mr. Thompon's appointments, provides sales support, performs permitting procedures, assists in quotations and drafts proposals, schedules contract work, orders and keeps inventory of all installation equipment, serves as a liaison between customers, subcontractors and installation crew.

Robyn Gonzalez, Service Dispatcher, ext 205
Robyn handles the dispatching of all service calls, orders and keeps inventory records of all service material, special orders, all service and contract material and
maintains inventory for the warehouse and service trucks.
